I know this is kind of different than what you asked for, but try Fanfiction . net. Pick a favorite series and get writing. Free & easy to register, and excellent practice for writing other fictions. It got rid of my writer’s block and kept me amused and kept me writing while my partner-in-writing worked on her assigned chapters. Hope this helps!

If you’re serious about growing as a writer and wanting helpful criticism–critiquing–forget the kiddie sites and go to http://critters.org/ . You’ll have to critique the work of others, but in return you’ll have your work critiqued by more serious writers than at sites like fanfiction and wattpad.
If Critters.org is too much for you, try http://absolutewrite.com/forums/index.php . Scroll down and click around on a few boards. You’ll find where you can post smaller portions of your work for others to critique.
